Kachna · Raipur — RERA Approved
Residences so good, all you can say is Touchwood.
Eight and a half acres of Kachna woodland, left standing. One hundred and fifteen bungalows built in the light between the trees.
The estate
It is rare to find something exactly like the picture you have carried for years. Woods Estate is that — the woods, the planning, the people behind it. A touch‑wood moment, quite literally.
By the numbers
The land arrived with flora and fauna worth protecting, so we protected it, then added to it. More trees. More oxygen. A genuine oxy‑zone rather than a marketed one — hence the name.

Kachna is seeing aggressive road-building and infrastructure strengthening, which tends to show up later as healthy returns. It is the poshest green residential zone in the city, and increasingly its second heart.
